Abstract: Conducted research investigated the deformation characteristics of nonwoven insulation materials, different fiber composition and different surface density. The peculiarities of the design packages of materials for heat protective clothing, and identifies their principal. The features change and elastic to the plastic compressive deformations of the materials used in the packages of clothing for the soldiers. Identified system requirements package of insulation and the proposed technical solution to meet them, different fiber composition and different surface density.

Key words: relative deformation, plastic deformation, elastic deformation of the packages of clothing, bicomponent fiber thermo physical properties, model structure, material packets
