Abstract: The scientific article examines the legal monument of the Kazakh law Zhety Zhargy as a unique system of the Steppe Law of Kazakhs of the 17th-18th centuries. It was taken in the turning and fateful period of the Kazakh Khanate under Tauke Khan. In this legal monument Zhety Zhargy seven sections of legal mechanisms on management of the Kazakh society are formulated. Evaluation and policy are given the legal role of the code itself. The uniqueness of Zhety Zhargy is that in it she defended and regulated all aspects of human rights and relations.
