Abstract: The purpose of this study was to screen the antimicrobial activity of some of the synthesized compounds and to identify the compounds, active towards the test cultures of microorganisms. As a result of the tests, was revealed the antimicrobial activity of the tested substances: ethyl 6-hydroxy-6-methyl-3-(2-oxo-2-phenylethoxy) -4-phenyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-indazole-5-carboxylate (sample No. 1), diethyl-1-isobutyl-9-hydroxy-9-methyl-7-phenyl-1,4-diaza-spiro[4,5]decane-6,8-dicarboxylate (sample No. 2), ethyl-6-methyl-3-oxo-4-phenyl-1,3,4,5-tetrahydrobenzo[c]isoxazole-5-carboxylate (sample No. 3), diethyl-4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-phenyl-6-(2-(4-phenylthiazol-2-yl)hydrazine)cyclohexa-ne-1,3-dicarboxylate (sample No. 4[ 1,2,3,5]).

Key words: dicarboxylate, antimicrobial activity, disk diffusion method, furacilin, nitrofungin.
