Abstract: With the conquest of space began forming a new branch of modern international law - space law , which is a set of legal principles and norms governing relations between subjects of international law on the implementation of their space activities and defining the legal regime of outer space, the moon and other celestial bodies. Under the space- mean air space outside the sphere of the Earth, which is a thing, withdrawn from circulation, ie not subject to appropriation by any state .
