Pages: 107-110 Published: 28.02.2015 Abstract: Current economic conditions dictate the emergence of new forms of agricultural enterprises. However, when the organization of new territories land ownership, land uses have deficiencies in the reformed enterprises that cause nuisance, trespass, and as a consequence, to the retirement of land from circulation. The solution of such problems is seen in the resumption of works on preparation of projects on-farm land management. Key words: forms of agricultural enterprises, land use, unused land, the project on-farm land management.
