Abstract: The study of the conflict problem requires a theoretical analysis for a successful study of conflict prevention. The problem of constructive conflict resolution is the creation of conditions for interaction of people, which minimize the likelihood of conflicts between them. The technology of conflict prevention is first of all knowledge of the causes of conflict.
