Abstract: A cognitive model of the forces of manifestation of the states of the components of the economy of Kazakhstan has been developed. A set of hidden knowledge is extracted when finding semantic solutions to 2 systems of semantic equations obtained by formalizing the dynamics of the states of the components of the economy of Kazakhstan. The initial data are phrases of the meanings of 8 indicators from the article [1]. The semantic equations contain z- and y-variables introduced into the model and separately modeled parameters (from the C88 matrix) that transform sets of correlated z-variables and uncorrelated y-variables into each other. Knowledge based on hidden numerical data was obtained from constructed phrases of semantic variables meaning(yj), new meaning(zi), j, i=1,...,8. The formal structure of knowledge is found and numerical data are modeled on the magnitude of the forces of manifestation of the causes of variability of the components of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan inherent in 20 time intervals for the states of the components of the economy of Kazakhstan. Knowledge is presented in the form of 16=8+8 phrases, obeying 2 Rules of construction from complexly composed, compound, subordinate clauses. The article constructs new meanings from "tables of meanings" of the form [meaning(Zm8=meaning(Ym8*)*CT88)], i.e. meanings (closely related to reality) of calculated z–variables (z1,..., z8) with unknown meanings of separately modeled random y-variables (y1, ...,y8), taking into account the values of their weights from the "real" matrix C88. New_ meaning (z1)=“the efficiency of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan is manifested (with a force of c211=0.9132) with: a) decreasing manifestations of minimal administrative regulation (with a force of c221=(-0.5168)2)”; b) with a weakening of the degree of security for investors' property (with a strength of c251=(-0.2000)2)); c) with a decreasing share of expenditures on financing the social sphere, science, education, healthcare, and culture to a level corresponding to the indicators of developed countries (with a strength of c261=(-0.2000)2)”; d) when achieving “economic efficiency, manifested by force c212=0.40782; e) with minimal administrative regulation (with force c222=0.85522)”Visualization of the dynamics of sets of curves of different numbers of z-,y-variability of the “scales" confirmed their adequacy to the desired one.
