Abstract: The research is devoted to the analysis of topical issues of legal regulation and law enforcement practice in the sphere of protection of consumer rights when providing banking services in present crisis terms of national credit system. Based on the analysis of these problems there is studied the mechanisms of optimizing the legislation in this field and prepared the appropriate proposals.
