Abstract: The article shows the role of universities in the knowledge economy, which is realized by technologically developed countries, and the ambiguity of application of the traditional model "University 3.0" in the educational space of the Republic of Belarus. The main directions of realization of the concept "University 3.0" in the educational process of the Belarusian higher school are considered. It is shown that the university model developed in technologically developed countries is not acceptable for domestic universities due to the prevalence of commercialization of scientific results over other tasks related to the innovation strategy of the state development, such as training of highly qualified personnel for industry and education of individuals with a harmonious perception of the world on the basis of developed intelligence. Percolation interaction of intellectual resources of scientific educational institutions and industrial production is proposed, providing thematic (project), social and educational convergence, contributing to the synergistic manifestation of generalized intellectual potential and its permanent development to achieve optimal innovative solutions. The article considers the integrative interaction of components of the generalized intellectual resource in the educational, research and innovation process of universities, aimed at sustainable socio-economic development of the society. As a priority direction of intensification of scientific activity as one of the ways of realization of the concept "University 3.0" in the Belarusian higher school, the integration approach is proposed, providing percolation interaction of intellectual resources of scientific, educational and production components, which will allow to change not only the content of the educational process, but also to perform systematic research work, focused on the real technological base of the consumer.
