Abstract: The article discusses mechatronics methods and algorithms used in modern medicine, with an emphasis on the development of telemedicine systems in the context of globalization of healthcare informatization. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the functioning of two interconnected telemedicine mechatronic centers using regulatory methods. The modes of a trivial attractor, a stationary mode, Poincare-type limit cycles, dynamic chaos, destructive changes - the "black hole" effect are presented, describing the dynamics of interaction between centers with different levels of equipment and personnel potential. Promising research areas are discussed, including the use of DNA computing to create new materials for batteries, and ethical standards and regulatory requirements are taken into account.
Key words: mechatronics, medical engineering, controller, mathematical modeling, nonlinear dynamics, functional differential equations, chaos.
