Abstract: For the verbal 4-factor Johari window model authors:Psychologists Joseph Lift (1916-2014), Harrington Inham (1914-1995), and 1955 developed a cognitive model that recognizes the process of modeling semantic and numerical information flows. For the entered parameters, numerical and semantic variables, a system of semantic equations with semantic variables, constraint functions on them, and a numerical target function has been developed. Model representations of business factors reflect the main business aspects of business communications in terms of z-variables: meaning(z1)="improving customer interaction", meaning(z2)="improving the quality of products and services", meaning(z3)="business process optimization", meaning(z4)="creating a competitive advantage". The model found the meanings of all y-variables. Model weights are obtained, which are recommended for a situation when "most of the information about your business is in the open sector (accessible to everyone, including the negotiating partner) and there is model clarity and understanding of the forces of different relationships between the participants in the negotiation process. A new_value(y1) has been constructed for the y–variable y1="my business can: improve customer interaction (with the power of manifestation c211=1.00002), improve the quality of products and services (with the power of manifestation c221= 0.19612), optimize business processes (with the power of manifestation c231=0.28732;), create a competitive advantage (with the power of manifestation c241=0.37142)." The mutual dynamics of the values of the 5 variables (zi1,zi2,zi3,zi4,yi1), yi1=zi1*c11+zi2*c21+zi3*c31+zi4*c41, i=1,…,7, due to the magnitude of the forces of manifestation (c211=1,00002; c221=0,19612; c231=0,28732; c241=0,37142), z-factors calculated for the maximum share (54%) of open information in the Johari window sector.
