Abstract: The paper examines the oscillations of spherical bodies located in a deformable medium. The problem is reduced to finding those values (- real and - imaginary parts of complex natural frequencies), for which the system of equations of motion and truncated radiation conditions have a non-zero solution in the case of infinitely differentiable functions. It is shown that the problem has a discrete spectrum located on the lower complex plane and the symmetric spectrum is the imaginary axis.

Key words: vibrations, spherical body, environment, frequency, energy loss.
