Abstract: the article examines assessment methods and factors affecting labor productivity in the gas transportation sector, using the case of JSC “Uztransgaz” A factor analysis revealed that the main reason for the decline in productivity was the reduction in transported gas volumes, while staff optimization partially offset this effect. The paper proposes strategies for improving efficiency, including digitalization, the implementation of KPI systems, and organizational measures.
