Abstract: The development of a holistic framework for action pedagogometric systemic analysis of educational facilities through the application of the system of life-term finite twelve stars Ertsgammy as a leading process regarding the psycho-pedagogical activity theory, psycho-pedagogical system analysis and the theory of the formation of mental actions. We consider a detailed system analysis with respect to the integrity of the complexity of educational processes of their formation, the static and dynamic behavior within the adaptive prediction holistic development of educational space.
