Abstract: The innovative character of education is an important tool for successful competition of higher school with other social institutions. Getting education is essential for the realization of these strategic objectives; accumulation and effective use of the human capital, formation of the quality characteristics of workers and their productive abilities turn them into the main productive force of modern society, which is based on knowledge.
