Abstract: This study assesses the digitalization readiness of St. Cecilia’s College, examining technological infrastructure, digital skills, literacy, organizational culture, leadership support, data security, and privacy. Employing a quantitative, descriptive-comparative research design, data were collected from 132 employees and 323 students using a validated Digitalization Readiness Questionnaire (DRQ). Findings indicate a generally neutral level of preparedness across most dimensions, with critical gaps identified in high-speed internet reliability, hardware/software updates, and data security audits. Employees prioritized digitalization in Employee Support functions, while students emphasized access to academic records, online student services, and financial processes. Significant differences in perceived readiness and priority areas were observed across employment categories, particularly in technological infrastructure, leadership, and finance-related digitalization. These results highlight the need for targeted interventions, infrastructure upgrades, capacity-building programs, and inclusive digital strategies to advance institutional digital maturity. The study offers evidence-based recommendations for a strategic digitalization plan aligned with Education 4.0 principles.
