Abstract: In this paper, variational iteration method, Adomian decomposition method and method of separation of variables has been applied to obtain exact solutions of fractional diffusion equations. The new exact solutions of these equations have been obtained. It has been shown that the proposed methods provide a very effective, and powerful mathematical tool for solving nonlinear partial differential equations.
