Abstract: The introduction of a new remuneration system for medical workers in federal healthcare institutions is essential for enhancing the quality of care, improving employee satisfaction, and ensuring the sustainability of healthcare services. This paper explores innovative technologies and methodologies that can be employed to design and implement an effective remuneration system tailored to the unique challenges faced by medical professionals. We begin by analyzing the current remuneration frameworks, identifying gaps such as inequity, lack of transparency, and insufficient incentives for performance and professional development. The proposed system leverages data analytics, performance metrics, and patient outcomes to create a transparent and equitable compensation structure. Key technologies discussed include electronic health records (EHR) systems that track performance, artificial intelligence (AI) for predictive analytics in workforce management, and blockchain for secure and transparent transactions. Additionally, we emphasize the importance of stakeholder engagement, including input from medical professionals, administrative staff, and patients, to ensure the new system aligns with the needs and expectations of all parties involved. The implementation strategy encompasses pilot programs, ongoing training for healthcare administrators, and mechanisms for feedback and continuous improvement. By adopting a technology-driven approach to remuneration, federal healthcare institutions can foster a motivated workforce, enhance patient care quality, and ultimately contribute to a more resilient healthcare system. This abstract highlights the critical role of technology in transforming remuneration systems in healthcare, paving the way for a more effective, equitable, and sustainable future for medical workers.
