Abstract: In this article, the authors examine the conceptual foundations of Russia's socioeconomic development, the imperatives of regional socioeconomic development, and the determinants of entrepreneurship development in Russia. This article is intended for researchers and practitioners, teachers, graduate and master's students, as well as the general readership interested in current issues of Russia's socioeconomic development in the new reality, theoretical and methodological approaches, and practical research results in this scientific field.
