Abstract: In this article, the authors examined the structure of a public-private partnership mechanism for modernizing the economies of Russian regions using research on labor market development trends in the regions, including the sustainability of entrepreneurship in Russia. Specifically, they explored the characteristics, trends, patterns, and new forms of innovative management within the labor market system. The authors also examined current and controversial issues of economic restructuring, explored ways to improve its efficiency, and formulated key guidelines for long-term economic policy.
