Abstract: This article explores modern web technologies as a tool for improving the resilience of supply chains (SC). The use of Big Data, cloud technologies, and web protocols for optimizing logistics processes, risk management, and enhancing collaboration among SC participants is analyzed. The role of predictive analytics and scalable interfaces in demand forecasting and inventory management is studied. It is emphasized that the implementation of cloud platforms and business process automation helps reduce costs, increase flexibility, and improve operational efficiency. The application of these technologies by leading global companies is examined to enhance logistics efficiency and resilience in the context of intense global competition.
