Abstract: The topic of our research is "The problem of identifying discarded shell casings and bullets with weapons," which is one of the most important topics in the field of criminology. Because with the help of forensic ballistics, you can find answers about the crime scene, how the crime was committed, what kind of weapon was used, the distance and direction of the shot, and other questions. However, little attention is paid to the identification of discarded shell casings and bullets with weapons, which creates difficulties in reconstructing the crime scene. Failure to fully explore this issue means that one bullet is different from another, that is, unique in itself. For this reason, when conducting a ballistic examination, the weapon and the bullet or sleeve may not completely match. Accordingly, one or more bullets from the same weapon may not match the weapon, which makes it difficult to reconstruct the crime scene.
