Abstract: In summary, effective health management, planning, and financing are crucial for developing sustainable healthcare systems that meet the needs of populations while ensuring quality care and efficient use of resources. These elements work together to promote health equity, improve health outcomes, and enhance the overall efficiency of healthcare delivery. Health Management refers to the systematic approach to overseeing healthcare systems, organizations, and services. It encompasses a wide range of activities aimed at ensuring that healthcare delivery is efficient, effective, and responsive to the needs of the population. Key components include: Healthcare Administration: Involves the organization, management, and leadership of health services and facilities. Effective administration ensures that resources are allocated appropriately and that healthcare providers meet regulatory standards.Quality Assurance: Focuses on maintaining and improving the quality of care provided to patients. This includes developing protocols and standards to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.Patient Care Coordination: Ensures that various healthcare services are integrated and that patients receive comprehensive care throughout their treatment journey.
