Abstract: in article by authors due to a well-founded decision on the choice of an effective technological process for the manufacture of import-substituting products will allow consumers to satisfy their interest in purchasing priority and high-quality products. In addition, the assortment policy proposed by the authors assumes the creation of conditions for the manufacture of priority and demand ed products by consumers in the regions of the Russian Federation, guaranteeing them sustainable import substitution in competitive and scarce footwear.
