Abstract: This article examines the determinants of female violent crime, which are caused by the interaction of various factors. It examines socio-economic conditions such as poverty, social inequality and limited employment opportunities, as well as cultural stereotypes that shape the perception of women's role in society. Particular attention is paid to psychological and biological aspects, including the influence of emotional states, mental disorders, hormonal changes and the effects of traumatic events. It is emphasized that female violent crime is situational in nature, often associated with a state of affect or a reaction to external pressure, including domestic violence and stressful life situations. The article highlights the main mechanisms that contribute to the formation of female crime and proposes areas of prevention, including social, economic and psychological support for vulnerable groups of women.

Key words: crime, punishment, violence, violent crime, female crime, determinants of crime, prevention.
