Abstract: This article examines the role of psychological services as a strategic investment in human capital. It explores the impact of employees' psycho-emotional state on their productivity, stress resilience and corporate atmosphere. The article analyzes key aspects related to the implementation of psychological support, including training, counseling, and programs aimed at improving the organizational climate. It investigates how investments in psychological services can lead to significant economic and organizational advantages, such as improved labor productivity and reduced turnover costs. The importance of integrating psychological services into the development strategy of organizations is emphasized to maintain sustainable growth and foster innovation.
