Abstract: In message 2, the authors associate quality with life cycle analysis to ensure the production of priority and in-demand products, because "product quality" is one of the most important indicators that determine the efficiency and effectiveness of any organization in the conditions of market competition. "Quality of management" implies the personnel's mastery of methods and models for making management decisions, organizing their implementation within the required timeframes, and the effectiveness of work is determined by profit and the corresponding economic effect of using the organization's production assets. It should be noted that quality is inextricably linked with consumers, their needs, and the degree of their satisfaction. Therefore, competent definition and consideration of needs for manufacturers is the starting point for achieving complete consumer satisfaction and, as a result, securing stable positions in a competitive environment.
