Abstract: A new method has been found for estimating the levels of visibility of ?–coefficients, free from the matrix of initial data. It evaluates the strengths of the ?–coefficients of the linearized Minser equation. The Optimization Problem has Been Solved: To find a pair of matrices (C55,?55) for the objective function (sum of numbers) ?1+...+?5=5, under the constraints of: a) positivity for the values of components No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 in all 5 eigenvectors; b) negativity of the values of components No. 4 in all 5 eigenvectors; c) n the special number ?1=5. Two models with different numbers of variables affecting lnW (meaning(lnW)= salary) are considered, 2 sets of variables with dominant “weights" are identified. The “weights” of the z-factors influencing the y-factor with the meaning (y)=“salary” are calculated, and the dominant weights of the terms of the linearized Minser equation are identified. A cognitive model has been developed that uses the meanings of the variables of the equation (s, x, x2, u) of Mincer, rather than the values of the variables (s, x, x2, u). A system of 5 semantic equations creates the prerequisites for the formation of new knowledge. In 5 situations, a “phrase about the y-variable cognitive model" is constructed, the AI analyzes the phrase of the meaning of the regression coefficient from the Mincer equation and supplements the latter with its justifications. When adding new terms to the formula of the Mincer equation, the cognitive model must be modified, it must again evaluate the explanatory abilities of the new Mincer equation. The cognitive model allows analyzing and investigating the upgraded Mincer equation without using new data.

Key words: dependence of salary on education, Mincer equation, cognitive model, semantic variables of multi-sense equations, measurement of the contribution of a factor changing the explanatory power of the Mincer equation.
