Abstract: In this article, the authors note the Russian reality of entrepreneurs and their employees' propensity to bribery, concealing income from the tax authorities, falsifying documents, and disregarding ethical standards when dealing with competitors. A communication gap emerges between managers and employees; in other words, the company's manager is inaccessible to lower-level workers. It is also noted that Russians have an average level of individuality and often try to avoid uncertainty. As a result, the conclusion suggests that in Russia, companies and HR management are ineffectively structured, and teamwork is virtually nonexistent. Companies focus entirely on fulfilling the conditions imposed by government bureaucrats rather than fulfilling their responsibilities to consumers and society. Therefore, it is difficult to implement progressive foreign management methods in Russian practice. The authors recommend that the market rethink its concept of filling it with in-demand and priority products, taking into account their demand. Such a concept will fully correspond to the consumer's desire to satisfy their aspirations and desire to make a purchase taking into account their social status, ensuring that manufacturers sell their products in full and guaranteeing enterprises sustainable economic benefits from their activities.

Key words: quality, import substitution, consumers, producers, profit, sales, demand, relevance, competitiveness, sustainable energy efficiency, economic policy, financial condition, innovation, flexible process, digital production, efficiency, market, sales.
