Abstract: In this article, the authors rightly focused on addressing the issue of combining state and market mechanisms for competitiveness management, as this is becoming a strategic resource for the economies of these regions, as price competitiveness in the global economy will be replaced by quality competitiveness. Therefore, increasing the quality of domestic enterprises' performance in their competitive strategy in global markets is essential for those enterprises that, due to external factors (increased competition due to globalization, the global financial crisis) and internal factors (ineffective management), have lost their competitive positions in both domestic and foreign markets, and need to regain these competitive positions.
