Abstract: This paper examines the qualitative changes in the process of personality socialization under the influence of the contemporary digital ecosystem. The focus is placed on the paradigm shift from classical institutional socialization agents to algorithmically driven platforms as primary vectors of social modeling. The study conceptualizes the phenomenon of "algorithmic socialization" and investigates the structural impact of "echo chambers" and "filter bubbles" on the value systems, cognitive development, and group identification of adolescents. Special attention is dedicated to how digital networks transform traditional peer group dynamics, contrasting localized offline micro-societies with global algorithmic ecosystems. Employing a critical theoretical approach, the paper analyzes the crisis of traditional institutions within the framework of surveillance capitalism and the attention economy. In conclusion, strategic pedagogical guidelines are proposed to transform the educational environment toward fostering critical algorithmic and digital reflexivity.
