Abstract: In this article, the authors examine the role of quality as a tool for promoting a quality philosophy for the production of competitive and in-demand products at light industry enterprises located in the Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts. Furthermore, the authors substantiate the feasibility of such a vision if enterprises implement innovative technologies and comprehensive equipment that create the prerequisites for producing a full range of footwear, namely men's, women's, and, most importantly, children's footwear, for which demand is quite high in Russia's regions. It is crucial to avoid the serious methodological error of reducing economic policy to economic analysis, and to foster a spirit of solidarity within the team—one for all and all for one—and success will certainly be assured.
