Abstract: The article examines the role of adaptive user experience design in ensuring the sustainability, reliability, and efficiency of multi-currency crypto platforms under conditions of growing global cross-border transactions. The architectural foundations of the functioning of such platforms are analyzed, including the interaction of centralized fiat contours and decentralized blockchain networks, as well as on-chain and off-chain transaction processing mechanisms. Ergonomic and interface patterns of multi-currency operations, adaptive mechanisms of personalization, currency and regulatory adaptation, and their influence on the speed, reliability, and predictability of transaction processes are investigated. The influence of the quality of such solutions on the reduction of operational risks, the growth of user trust, and the stability of the business model of multi-currency crypto platforms is substantiated.
