Abstract: Brucellosis is a serious zoonotic disease that affects animals and humans. Although this disease has been eliminated in many countries of the world, it is a public health problem in certain geographical areas, including Kazakhstan. This article provides an overview of the literature data on the study of the incidence of brucellosis in the world and in Kazakhstan.
