Abstract: Some pharmacological properties of the plant collection obtained on the basis of Cynara L, Silybum marianum, Flores Helichrysi arenarii, Stigmata Maydis were studied. Acute toxic hepatitis in male rats is considered. Acute toxic hepatitis was caused by the drug paracetamol, which was administered orally. It was revealed that the properties of the plant collection obtained on the basis of Cynara L, Silybum marianum, Flores Helichrysi arenarii, Stigmata Maydis in rats with the development of signs of hepatitis, there is an increase in the serum activity of AlAT, AsAТ.
