Abstract: Modern research shows that, strange as it may seem to us, we live in a complex, nonlinear world, with all its laws and consequences. The problem of human capital is one of the most urgent and important problems of modern globalizing society. Human capital takes its Foundation from the basic fundamental ideas that study the phenomenon of man. Its economic, political, national, and spiritual foundations contain important ideas for its improvement. The article is devoted to the philosophical understanding of knowledge and the education system in the formation of human capital.
