Abstract: The article develops a cognitive model of the tear-off mechanism films from the soil for winding it into a roll. A mounted hydraulic unit is a complex of jointly working mechanisms and units that represent individual structural units and have a general purpose. It is relevant to extract hidden knowledge about the operation of the “film tearing” mechanism using data at different speeds. The article substantiates the excess of the degree of manifestation of the “weight” of the functioning of the “film tearing” mechanism over the degree of manifestation of other mechanisms. The scale for measuring the degree of manifestation of “weight” was obtained after several transformations of the measured values ??in different measurement scales for technical indicators. The measurement scales are different, but the operating efficiency scale is the same. The theoretical justification for the desired advantage of the functioning of this mechanism was obtained using systems of numerical and semantic models. Real measurements in the technical unit-hydraulic system are considered. A fact has been revealed: 3-dimensional real standardized samples Z(1)mn,Z(2)mn,Z(3)mn,Z(4)mn, m=45, n=3, have the same “digital portraits”. When analyzing 4 tables of standardized data, hidden (unmeasured, but calculated) indicators of hydraulic performance were identified, their meaning phrases are knowledge about the practically correct operation of the technical system, obtained from the measured data of 3 indicators. Original interpretations of plus/minus signs were used for the value of the “weight” of manifestation (linear equation parameter) of a z-variable endowed with a calculated variability equal to the value from the standardized sample Zmn m=45. Real standardized samples (measured (z-variables) are present in the form of numerical variables, and the meanings and meaning(y1), meaning(y2), meaning(y3) of the calculated y-variables (sample columns Ym3=Z m3С33) are unknown semantic variables of multi-sense equations. Cognitive meanings meaning(y1), meaning(y2), meaning(y3) are equal to the sum of the cognitive meanings of the variability of z-variables. The rated power of the hydraulic motor is distributed over the sum of 3 local powers: 36.650916% hydraulics plus 36.650916% of power spent on regulating the pressure drop, plus 6.697889% of power spent on ensuring the required speed in the breakout mechanism.”

Key words: cognitive model of the tear-off mechanism soil films, semantic variables of multi-sense equations.
