Abstract: The article describes the use of mathematical and physical knowledge in the study of astronomy. Adapted to interdisciplinary integration, it is a kind of unification of disciplines to support the formation of a student's professional competence. The article provides examples of the use of mathematical knowledge in astronomy. This approach allows students to increase their theoretical knowledge and help them solve practical problems. In this way, new and original manifestations of oneself are formed. Interdisciplinary integration serves to enhance students' theoretical knowledge and knowledge, as well as to ensure tolerance in practice.

Key words: planet, radius, diameter, eccentricity, mass, volume, axis, period of rotation, density, space velocity, acceleration, area, ellipse.
