Abstract: At the heart of the article I am defending is the idea of strengthening cooperation between knowledge (especially social and political sciences, elite (national education)) and power. I believe that it is important for governments to have a deep understanding of the nature of their spheres of influence: the stability of these spheres, the factors that govern or fail to govern them, the causes and consequences, the results of actions taken alone or in partnership.
Key words: elite, elitism, ruling elite, strategy, strategic thinking, elite knowledge, intellectual centers.
