Abstract: The article analyzes the effectiveness of the situational analysis of the forecast of the degree of confrontation, the risks of force majeure, economic gaps, the importance of domestic policy for preventing state bankruptcy, impoverishment of the population, the risks of further spread of economic conflicts in Russia and other world regions - Yemen, Iran, Turkey, Libya, Palestine, Egypt.
