Abstract: This article examines the forces acting on the structure and the dynamic characteristics of structures when calculating underground tunnel structures. To calculate underground tunnel structures, a number of countries around the world used the spectral curve method [1,2]. Based on this method, regulatory documents have been developed [3,4,5]. To calculate seismic loads, it is necessary to know the dynamic characteristics of the structure: frequencies and forms of natural oscillations and attenuation parameters.

Key words: Underground structures, theory of spectral curves, seismic load, dynamic characteristics, oscillations.
