Abstract: For the verbal 5-factor model of the Ringelman effect, a Cognitive Model has been developed that understands the process of decreasing productivity of each group member when adding new group members. Introduced parameters, variables, a system of semantic equations with semantic variables, constraint functions on them, a target numerical function. These abstraction objects model 2 moments: before and after adding new members to the group. From the verbal 5-factor model, all verbal criteria are formalized and applied. Formally implemented when solving 2 Optimization Problems (for 2 moments). Solved semantic and numerical problems corresponding to the types of word problems classified by the authors of studies of the Ringelmann effect. The values of parameters, y-, z-variables and their signs were successfully applied, correctly reflecting the differences in the manifestations of y- and z-factors before and after adding new terms. The problems of constructing phrases of meanings of semantic variables in 2 systems of semantic equations have been solved. The sum of meanings meaning(z1),…, meaning(zn) of z-variables zj, j=1,…,n, corresponds to the meaning of y-variable yj, j=1,…,5. The new meanings obtained form the extracted hidden knowledge about the Ringelmann effect. Unknown values of the strengths of manifestations (“weights”) of 5 z-variables in 5 semantic uranias (Tables 5 and 6) from 2 systems were found. Descriptions are given of the process of cognition by artificial intelligence of an intelligent robot of the reasons (according to the numerical values of the strengths of manifestations and variability of y-, z-variables) of a decrease in the productivity of group members when adding new group members.-off mechanism soil films, semantic variables of multi-sense equations.

Key words: cognitive model Ringelmann effect.
