Abstract: In the article, the author analyzed the large-scale works carried out by the author on the formation of a modern market for communal services in our country, the adopted regulatory legal documents and the tasks defined in them. Also, presented proposals for the improvement of such areas.on the basis that the solution of these tasks requires the development of concrete measures to provide the population with housing and quality housing and communal services, to improve the system of statistical indicators and to forecast their prospects.
