Abstract: This article examines the role of enterprise managers in ensuring their effective production of in-demand products. To this end, the authors outline a list of competencies that managers must possess to successfully achieve their stated goals and objectives, ensuring the successful production of in-demand products for consumers. The results of these studies confirm the validity of the understanding that enterprise managers, vested with authority, are accountable to their teams for the results of their work.
