Abstract: We set a goal to study the chemical composition of the spring waters of the village Ukheshi of Ambrolauri municipality. For this purpose, we studied in the investigated springs: pH, water hardness, Mg2+, Ca2+, HCO3-, Br-, total arsenic and Cl- ions, permanganate oxidizability, dissolved oxygen, BOD5, and free carbon dioxide content. Total iron and Cu 2+. The relevance of the issue lies in the fact that the content of the above-mentioned ions was determined for the first time in the given waters, for which high-sensitivity methods were selected. The analyses were conducted in the Iason Moseshvili Hydrochemistry Laboratory of the Department of Chemistry of the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences of Akaki Tsereteli State University.
