Abstract: The article proposes a conceptual model for the systematization of the foreign policy of the Russian Federation in the context of interaction with its allies from Central Asia. The relevance of the research is due to the transformation of international relations, the strengthening of regional interdependence and the need to develop coordinated mechanisms for political, economic and security cooperation. The author substantiates a structural and functional approach to the formation of foreign policy priorities, including institutional, regulatory and strategic levels of coordination. Special attention is paid to the role of regional integration associations, mechanisms for coordinating interests and tools for adapting to external challenges. The proposed model is aimed at increasing the effectiveness of interaction, reducing conflict potential and forming a sustainable partnership architecture. The results of the research can be used in the development of foreign policy strategies, as well as in analytical and expert activities in the field of international relations.
