Abstract: this article focuses on the significant economic benefits of developing the tourism sector, as it allows the inflow of foreign currency without exporting resources (cotton, gas, oil), tourism revenue in many developed countries generates more foreign currency than other sectors, and according to the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), tourism accounts for 10.4% of global GDP, 7% of global investments, 5% of tax revenues, 11% of global consumer spending, and one in every 16 newly created jobs, highlighting its contribution to the tourism and hospitality industry and other similar pressing issues.
