Abstract: In this article, the authors explore the importance of informed decision-making by enterprise managers when making decisions about producing in-demand and high-priority products for consumers in the regions of the Russian Federation. At the same time, it is clear that it is necessary to create conditions that guarantee enterprises their priority advantages in order to ensure this production of high-quality and sufficiently varied products for the population of Russia's regions.
